I've been posting this for months and it's why we've left UA -- GS isn't at all what it used to be and Kirby could care less -- his job is to appease shareholders and has never tried to find a way to serve customers and shareholders at the same time -- that's why he's never spent more than a few years running an airline lol - eventually you have to do both - and Kirby can't - because to be honest - he just doesn't care about premium customers at all -- and if you review his record - this is abundantly clear.....
