Last night I found out something interesting. Apparently upgrades to the 4 suites here are only given to Platinums staying for one night only Any other properties do this? Why? The front desk agent replied "In house policy". So now I find out why I have not received this "upgrade" after 30+ nights at this property this year as a Platinum maybe I should book each night as a one night stay?......Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks in advance, your replies will help in my letter to the GM!
