Arancino di Mare restaurant, either at the Marriott Waikiki or at the Kahala Hotel. Especially good with a larger party to share dishes. Ask for outside seating as both locations also have indoor dining.
Also, The Eating House 1849 in the International Market Place. Yeah, it's touristy and at tourist prices, but the food and service is superior. Ask for outside seating and be prepared to be bumped into indoor seating. Pineapple martinis are supposed to be delicious (I have not tried yet).
