At about when you would think upgrades are process, appears PremPlus had three names disappear and Polaris now list includes three that had been on PremPlus list

Three from the PremiumPlus list now appear ahead of others on Polaris, including paid PremPlus

Eventually the top 2 on the new list clear
How did the PremPlus upgrade list folks get ahead of the paid PremPlus on the Polaris list?
I could see maybe 1 did an up-fare but three at the gate?
Speculation, at the gate they cleared into PremPlus as O/A/R and not RN, and then got re-prioritized on the Polaris list??
The PremPlus had open seats and upgrades were run before Polaris -- not sure what the normal order is.
If that happens, PremPlus upgrades get re-prioritized as paid PremPlus fares, it means at the gate paid PremPlus priority is devalued.
For what it is worth I was SEC,O , and feel I got snooker out of the second gate upgrade.
