Managed to access those flights and change seats on AA website using ticket number instead of PNR but to make this even stranger, got now a fourth PNR for these few flights on BA ticket but AA metal. All these flights on the same ticket number though. Wondering what kind of mess this will be at check-in.
If they are all on the same ticket number you should be OK but it's odd that there are so many PNRs. It might be a good idea to get a phone agent to look at it rather than wait until check-in but make sure that they don't make things worse!
