I would push back on this. There are no carrier surcharges on AS' fares on this route; the only proper tax is the $5.60 USD September 11 Security Fee -- the same as what BA is collecting on the SEA-BZN leg.
Sounds like a software glitch.
Edited to add: It would be very interesting to learn how BA itemizes the £150 in taxes and fees it claims to apply to the BZN-SEA segment.
