I'm very happy that LX does not escort people to the plane from the FCL because:
- I am capable to push the elevator button myself and walk 100 meters to the gate without help.

Would you really pay $50 to $100 if this service was offered?
The advantage for me is:
- With escort, the passenger has no more responsibility for catching the plane. The passenger can stay in the lounge until picked up and does not have to monitor departure screens.
-.It avoids the problem of having to skip the line when boarding, if boarding has already started and Y pax take all the lanes.
