for one SWU remaining on 7/31, I had booked a flight JFK-MIA next year 2023 and attached the SWU to it (before 7/31).
Goal is to use that SWU for another flight.
I noticed some "C" space on another flight, called AA EXP desk, talked to 3 different agents, 2 of them not helpful.
The 3rd agent said they would need to cancel the JFK-MIA flight altogether, then it would take 24 to 48h for the SWU to become "available" again.
Is that the correct process?
Or another HUCA?
