Here's a few:
- More than 4 Nespresso (or similar) pods (of which two invariably will be decaf). Good tea selection. Honey. Fresh (complimentary) milk in the minibar.
- Complimentary drinks and snacks. E.g. tin of cookies to go with said coffee/tea.
- Fog free bathroom mirrors.
- Proper hair dryer and ample conditioner (my wife's pet peeve) + toiletries and room set-up optimized for women by default/not men.
- Simple to control thermostat, lights, TV, etc.
- Concierge who understands requests from that particular guests perspective - not confuse them with those of "typical" guests.
