Still can be up to 60 days for bonus points
Still waiting for bonus points for a return flight on 28th Aug - tried emailing, no response - called today, the customer service advisor said it can still take up to 60 days, as per the previous Ts & Cs, because the booking was before Sept 1st.
So now got to wait until Oct 27th before I can chase again, unless the points appear before then.

LHR - IST - cabin CE - 23rd Aug
IST - LHR - cabin CE - 28th Aug
Bonus 80 points for LHR-IST added on 31st Aug - still no bonus points for IST - LHR - frustrating thing is these will take me to silver and I've got a flight coming up soon - hope will get silver before the flight so I can take advantage of the extra luggage allowance!
