I called the LP line (needed a reissue due to a schedule change) and asked if a LP representative meets the DL inbound at JFK and escorts the pax to T1 check in. I was told no. I just wanted to confirm this is accurate and if anyone has paid for a JFK connection service? I know it's a waste of money. My family member doesn't understand what an airtrain is, terminal transfers are, etc., so the easier, the better. Thanks
That's the way it is from my experience. I flew IAD-JFK-CDG and made my own way to T1 and the AF LP check in. But once you get to that point, you will be escorted the rest of the way.
