So if a Jetblue flight isn't listed for sale on AA.com, then I can assume it's not a codeshare flight, correct? But if I book directly with JetBlue and add my AA# during time of booking, I still receive all the status benefits shown here:

is there any reason not to book Jetblue basic (other than losing the full size carry on)? I don't need that as I'm checking a bag.
