Whoever writes these communications at AA really needs to vet them, ideally with a group of FFs or something. I feel like we go around in circles every time AA changes a policy, adds a benefit, or clarifies an existing policy. They're never clear, which only makes agents' jobs harder and frustrates FFs who try to use the benefits. I don't get why this is so hard.
