Bruce is a very nice agent indeed, but (to my surprise) never was part of the actual GS team back when that existed. Nevertheless he is one of the top agents at LAX.
Chatted with Bruce a bit on Monday at LAX, both in the UC & then on the plane. He is a true mensch!
