Right, where as a GS the prior experience was "I'm on UA XXX, I'd like to move to UA YYY, I think I'm on a D fare and it looks like there are 1,2,3 seats left in that bucket..."
Now, unless I can do it in the app I assume its impossible. GS is totally worthless.
