currently sitting at #8 for Premium Plus with no (sigh) seats available. Lots of folks have apparently opted to go for both (PE and Polaris).
Do Polaris requests clear with a certain preference when you selected both?
And how is it that some folks are super high on the Polaris list and below me on PE list?

They'll clear everyone to the highest available cabin requested in the waitlist order shown. So some PremiumPlus seats will open if people clear into Polaris.
If someone with low/no status has upgrade sponsored by GS, they go high on the Polaris list (waitlisted for PN rather than PZ) but low on the PremiumPlus list (waitlisted for RN as is everyone else).
Looks bad indeed, but good luck nevertheless. Given that 1. & 2. for Polaris are just ahead of you for PremiumPlus, it might not be totally hopeless.
