Out of curiosity; Flying from AMS? I've not been able to find any upgrade availability out of AMS for a long time now. I've even been considering buying a 0-day-free-changes Aegean Pass from DUS to be able to fly out from there and just rebook last minute to whichever flight has upgrade availability..
