So I assume DL is marketing carrier and KLM is the operating carrier? Let me know if I am mistaking something. DL J class credits more miles to VS than KLM J class. So I would need to follow up with VS about it.
Marketing carrier is the leading letters of the flight number. DL 001 or KL 005 etc. The ticket number is not important.
