Eligibility: MileagePlus ShoppingSM 2022 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and are also MileagePlus® members at the time of entry. ("United"), Mileage Plus Holdings, LLC ("MileagePlus"), Cartera Commerce, Inc., Merkle Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliate companies, agencies, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee or agent are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Upon submission of your registration form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Earn Additional Entries by taking the following actions during the Promotion Period:
Opt-in to Email Communications: After you register, you may sign up to receive email communications. If you agree to receive these communications or if you are already receiving them and do not "unsubscribe" from the email communications, you will receive one hundred (100) additional entries into the Sweepstakes so long as you remain opted in through the end date of the Promotion Period.
Limit: You will only receive one hundred (100) entries during the Promotion Period for taking this action.
Complete an Online Qualifying Transaction through the MileagePlusSM Shopping site: Visit
https://shopping.mileageplus.com/swe...Sept2022sweeps and complete a purchase transaction or multiple purchase transactions totaling $50, excluding shipping and taxes, during one "Day" ("Day" is defined as 12:00 a.m. ET through 11:59 p.m. ET) from one participating merchant ("Merchant"), herein ("Qualifying Purchase(s)"), and you will receive fifty (50) entries into the Sweepstakes. Purchase of gift cards may not be eligible. Please read the terms of the merchant from whom you are purchasing the gift card to confirm if the purchase will count as a Qualifying Purchase.
Limit: You may earn entries for up to two (2) Qualifying Purchases per Day during the Promotion Period, but each Qualifying Purchase(s) must be with a different Merchant; therefore, there is a maximum of one hundred (100) entries per Day.
Download/Install Browser Extension Button: After you register for the Sweepstakes, you may be asked to download the MileagePlusSM Shopping browser extension button to your computer browser. If you agree to download and install the browser extension, you will receive one hundred (100) additional entries into the Sweepstakes, so long as the browser extension remains downloaded and installed as of the end date of the Promotion Period. If you have already downloaded the MileagePlusSM Shopping browser extension and do not remove such browser extension through the end of the Promotion Period, you will receive one hundred (100) additional entries into the Sweepstakes.

Earn Additional Entries Without Purchase or Opting-in to Email Communications: If you do not wish to opt-in to receive marketing communication, or make a purchase, print your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, MileagePlus® account number, and date of birth on a piece of paper, and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "MileagePlusSM Shopping 2022 Sweepstakes," c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5222, Department 852616, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5222. You will receive one hundred (100) entries for each properly mailed request.
Limit: One (1) request per envelope. You may mail-in up to nineteen (19) requests during the Promotion Period. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by September 24, 2022 and received by September 30, 2022. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified.
Limit: An entrant may receive a maximum aggregate of two thousand and one (2,001) entries into the Sweepstakes, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.
Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 100,000 United MileagePlus® award miles credited to winner's account and a check for $2,500. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,500.
THREE (3) FIRST PRIZES: 20,000 United MileagePlus® award miles credited to the winners' account. ARV $400.
Total ARV of all prizes: $5,700.
Drawing: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around November 15, 2022. Each potential winner will be notified by email by Sponsor after winners are selected. Each potential winner will be required to follow notification directions and respond to Sponsor and provide any requested information within three (3) business days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent in order to claim the prize. The potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will also be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (except where signing the Publicity Release is prohibited) which must be received by Administrator, within seven (7) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the prize. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to follow notification directions, fails to respond or to provide the Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (applicable only to the Grand Prize winner) or any other requested information within the required time period, or a prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner is disqualified and forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded.
