but im super curious about your process with the "luxury desk". im aware that properties like bellagio and aria have special "VIP Services Pre-Arrival" packages that you have to buy or is part of an expensive suite room. did you reach out to the bellagio VIP services/concierge team to ask about upgrades to a higher level room with limo? or did you have a host at the bellagio to negotiate the rate?

another thing im wondering, did hyatt noir help with anything at all? because anyone booking a 2 bedroom could get "luxury" pre-arrival communication?
Whether Noir helped or didn't help with the upgrade, I couldn't tell you. What I can say is that I had a 3 night comp stay at Bellagio in a resort king, based on my play (which is detailed somewhat above and also in the Cosmo thread, but tends to be $250/hand blackjack but only a few hours hours per trip, with maybe a handful of trips a year -- i.e., higher $ than your average joe but nowhere near the duration of a typical Noir or even Platinum). And I can tell you that 2ish weeks before the stay, when I was just a "hyatt noir" with a comp room (that I booked myself online), the "luxury experience manager" reached out to coordinate my limo transport (which is included to and from based on Noir status, regardless of room type) and to offer to book spa/dining reservations. This was the first time I had a proactive reach-out, but this is also the farthest in advance I've booked a comp room at Bellagio (and in the past, once I booked the room, I just called up to get the limo locked down). I guess to respond to your last question, I got the pre-arrival comms based on my comp room, not based on the 2-bedroom suite booking, but I can't say whether it was because of my Noir status or not. Anyhow, this luxury experience manager person has been my single point of contact, offered me a great rate on the 2-bedroom penthouse (more than 1/3 off the difference between the now-sold-out resort king and the 2-bedroom penthouse rate), and has been a gem to work with.

I will say that I was able to get a dinner reservation that was not otherwise available (for 5 people at 8 p.m. on a Friday night, no less), so I think the priority dining benefit of the Noir card is alive and well. Likewise getting a prime table by the piano at the Petrossian bar, if that's your thing.
