Use SNA with Senior Rate
Have a trip to London Renaissance St. Pancras booked in October - we're traveling with my parents so have booked senior rates. I'd like to use SNAs to try for upgrades on both rooms but don't see the button/choice online. Do I reach out to the property directly? Any tips/advice?
