For a tentative trip in March 2023, with an 18-hour daytime layover in TPE:
- Will there be decent lounges open, and can they be used for that long? I would be in Royal Laurel, so would have access to any open business-grade Eva lounges and those of any other Star Alliance partner. And I have Amex Plat with Plaza Premium and Priority Pass access.
- Are foreign nationals likely to be able to leave the airport and undertake sightseeing by that time?
