Might depend on your cruise line but a home proctored antigen test is the cheapest and quickest. You can get the Abbott-Binax Now proctored home test for $35ish. You can also use the free government tests and sign up with a emed proctor like onpoint for $17 (was $15 last month, they raised the price or $30 for unlimited testing per month) as always check with your cruise line for what is accepted based on your situation, ie vax, vax boosted, unvax, how long the cruise is, destinations etc
That's what we are doing. Already made our online appointments and I confirmed the expiration date of the test kit we have was extended and is still good. If needed I have some newer tests that are within the original expiration dates.
