Our normal bonus tier point earning magic seems to have deserted us, emails not being responded to and GGL agent distinctly unhelpful. One last try stating the offer terms were TPs added in 30 days when we booked the holiday and this should be adhered to rather than 60 days now. Don't want Mrs. firstlight to lose out on 2 jokers which most people here would say have considerable value along with the 3rd person being allowed into the first lounge on her next trip. First world problems I know.
There do seem to be a few people getting long past trips sorted out in recent posts so hopefully the hard working customer service person has returned from their holiday now and is catching up !
