It is indeed a dinner service, as are pretty much all NY to Europe departures, whether they leave at 4pm or 11pm.
Is it just dinner or dinner and breakfast or dinner and snack and breakfast?

EDIT: Actually the in flight menu page makes it seem like its just Dinner + a non-breakfast snack? Is that right? I don't know that I've ever gone TATL on another carrier without breakfast.
