IIRC Term D in Int'l, so that is where you will leave from. You could arrive just about anywhere, but signs are very clear and easy to follow (as pretty much any North American airport I've been to).

It should be straightforward, Pre Clearance in YYC means you'll be connecting like any other domestic passenger in the USA. If the incoming flight is close to arriving on time you'll have no problem.
