Can different airlines be selected for the $200 airline incidental fee credit and for the pay with points 35% MR rebate on the plat biz? I realize that sounds like a dumb question, but I haven't yet selected the airline for either and it just gave me pause when I went to do that. I had not realized that the pay with points rebate was only applicable to the selected airline.
