Actually, tbf to the Op I think the seats are awful in 1A and 1C in this layout. It's cold in winter. People that are boarding if you are already in your seat tend to kick you or at least their roll on bags trundle around your feet. Advice is be last on if sitting there. Once airborne and the signs off for the duration of the flight you can expect people hanging around "in your space" while trying to access and exit and wait for the loos or those adventurous enough to come to forward galley for a chat with crew etc .(and it's noisy area). Seen this, done this seat and hated it! Row 2 d and f is the way to go on these planes.
