No priority pass lounge option, no plaza lounge, no centurion too. ORD seems like not a good one for long Etihad layovers anymore : (
Maybe a purchased day pass to FL $150 (?) however not sure if your flight is eligible for that. If yes, $150 for 7 hours is a no brainer.

edit- terminal transfer required unless the move of international arrivals from T5 has occurred
