I would hope that someone who paid would be able to get back into that one (same) lounge if the customer were to go to the gate and find that the flight is severely delayed. In the past, at most lounges, the dragon would simply recognize the person and wave them back in without checking credentials, but now the SCs are too busy for this to work unless someone really looks distinctive. Maybe the person would need to dye the hair some bright color and wear an improbable costume to cause the dragons to remember the person.
