None if that is necessary and it can cause harm if an agent is trying to mess with a reservation that has a cleared LH upgrade. My guess is something happened there that was unintended and it refunded it PlusPoints.
As long as lufthansa.com shows this correctly (no need to call) it is all fine. If LH.com does not show the UGed segment (only) then there is an issue that needs sorting out.
