International B Gates: you'll be going from B gates to Z gates for the hotel. You'll need to clear security. I believe Schengen flight to any flight is the only transfer not requiring transit security. Follow the signs and take the SkyTrain so you don't accidentally go through Passport Control.
Non-Schengen flights from trusted origin points, including the US, do not need to reclear security at FRA (unless possibly changing piers/terminals runs through a path that requires it, not sure if that is possible).
