My own Tokyo booking hasn’t been updated with the new times yet. When it does it will create a 10 min connection from GLA. I’ll wait and see what happens - bigger concern for me at the moment is hoping Japanese government announce re-opening for tourists.
It'd update eventually - there are two processes, the first for schedule changes and then a second "crawl" looking for illegal connections. If you want to you can call in and get something else or push them to do the update, but don't forget you've also the right to a refund until you accept. This may be a good option for those holding Japan bookings, especially for this year so don't be too quick to accept/rebook!
