The agent was trying to get you off the phone. J3 is tough, but it might happen. LH clears UGs until the gate. The best the agent might have been able to see is your place on the UG list ... if someone buys 3 J tickets, however ...
My UG rate w/ LH is > 90%. Best of luck.
