When we had a cancellation initiated by BA we were rebooked on a non codeshare flight for two of the 4 segments and ended up with bonus tps awarded without question. At the very least you should get the original tps and the tp bonus equivalent as it's BA that caused the cancellation.
If you make the changes on you own volition I agree the new flights should fulfil the original conditions.
