I hate to see taxpayer $ go to her, but if the judgement can be made against the responsible screener and his supervisor, then I'm all for it.
And if she has photos of the damaged urn, I don't see why there are too many "unknowns." Theiving baggage handlers would have no reason to try to force open a labeled urn of ashes, so the TSA can't use the bait-and-switch blame-the-airlines tactic for this one.
