On my AUS-SEA flight, the options were between braised beef, shrimp poke bowl, or impossible burrito. Of course I went with the braised beef, the tenderloin was very tender and tasted good, though the portion could’ve been bigger, the vegetables were good, the salad was good, and the dessert (which was some kind of blueberry tart) was excellent! PDBs were served but very spotty, only the first row was served and we had to get the FA to take our orders. FEBO was present, and though I didn’t receive an option to pre-select my meal I’m glad I chose the middle row!
