Here's the meal info on my YUL-DTW-AMS-STR trip on July 5th.

YUL-DTW: multiple drink runs by the crew as well as a couple of snack basket runs. For a lunchtime flight this was a poor offering. Sandwich in the photo below was purchased at the airport.


DTW-AMS: I had pre-ordered the braised lamb. It was probably the best main course I've ever had on an aircraft! The rest of the meal was, however, terrible. A pre-dinner drink was served along with a weird mix of cheese, olives and very soggy cashews. Starter was a mushroom soup, which i didn't even bother with, and salad was this weird/terrible avocado on beans, on this white cream substance that tasted like it had expired months ago. Dessert was a very simple scoop of vanilla ice cream.
I skipped breakfast in order to maximize sleep, so no photos of that meal.






AMS-STR: For comparison, this is what KLM served on a 1-hour flight.
