No QSuites on QR778 MIA-DOH on 7/2
A number of my seat mates in J were “peeved” when we made the left turn and saw herringbone lay flats instead of the QSuites we expected. Service was also not up to the usual 5* level with a number of trainees, too. Given that flight came in from DOH with a different cabin configuration than advertised, would you rather be given a heads up email 12-24 hours in advance vs. be let down at the start of your flight?
