If you're in a pickle, there is some availability at Premier Inns, for today and tomorrow, in:

1. Kew Bridge road (handy for the N9 night bus)
2. Hammersmith Shepherd's Bush Road
3. Kingston

Travelodge also has some rooms in Egham and Fulham (closest I could find to LHR).
