Stayed at the regency two nights, as mentioned in my last post, it seems the club is closed. The location of this hotel is about a mile closer to the airport but farther from all the interesting stuff you'd want to do. I believe an earlier poster was using this like an airport hotel. It's about £15-20 each way for an Uber so not sure I would do that, personally. In the future I would probably stay at the kimpton clocktower or Hilton deansgate.

I should also mention that, as an Explorist, I was 'upgraded' to a normal room on floor 7 (out of 11).
