Data point: I have a five nite stay booked here in OCT on FNC's and points. A friend is traveling with us and booked a cash room. Asked about upgrading to a two bedroom. Was quoted 1497 USD ++ per night. AS his rate was 900 USD per nite for a over water one bedroom didn't take the upgrade.
