Privium is just a small player at Schiphol but seriously the management should stamp it's authority so that a Privium lane is guaranteed.It's written in the contract.
I conveyed the same message last month to the Privium manager. Especially with the influx of new members (and membership fees!), a separate Privium lane would be a welcome addition. The response was that Privium only ‘offers access to the priority waiting area’ and that a dedicated line will not be offered.
In general, I also indicated my dissappointment thay communication from Privium was conpletely absent. To that he commented ‘due to the ever changing situation in the departure hall, it is unfeasible to advise [members] how they should proceed through the formalities.’
