Never said it was, but once again, they need to get their act together.

They have a dedicated Privium access point which provides direct access to a security lane. Staff feed other pax into that lane from the diametrically opposite direction. Why should Privium pax think that they are supposed to walk past the checkpoint, then past the queue, and line up at its end? That certainly didn't occur to me.

Look, I'm really glad I didn't have to join a queue somewhere closer to the A4 freeway than the terminal, but I still think it is eminently reasonable to expect the airport to organize its very own priority service in a logical, consistent and comprehensible manner. I pay for that.
