The subtlety of difference between "refund" perhaps colloquially, between a travel voucher for the full amount of original fare and a full cash refund returned to your original form of payment.
I am looking for a cash refund outright. Flying KL is an anomaly for me, I live in Hawai‘i far far away and am not really a Sky Team guy. However if push comes to shove Iʻll take the travel voucher.
