Anyone saying that AA won't credit this because it's on 045 ticket stock is full of it. Airlines reissue tickets on other airlines all the time, if AA had irrops and put me on UA, my ticket would still be on 001 stock and not 016 stock. But that new flight would credit just fine to UA (or any other Star Alliance partner)... and in those situations probably could still get Original Routing Credit to AA as well. Those double dipping opportunities during IRROPS are great, and solid proof that ticket stock means nothing to mileage credit.
