back pre-covid, it was possible to do mix carrier crediting on AS, despite what is stated in their policies, some even went through automatically. I am not so sure any more these days.
Save your Latam boarding passes and mail them to Alaska Airlines. That's how I got credit for my Galapagos flights. Took nearly 6 weeks before the miles appeared in my account.
