If you get that amount, you'll get silver tier for the next year with 1-79 excess XP. But if you have 179 XP, give a call and sometimes, they can give you a couple free XP points. I had a colleague who was 5 XP off of re-qualifying for platinum and when he called, they just gave him the 5 xp points.
By all reports, FB systematically comps small number of missing XPs, speculated to be up to 5. this has been reported multiple times where pax was missing 2-3xp and it was granted at time of end of period.
