For example select "Advantage Account Services" and then on the right select "Mileage Credit non airline" and it displays a "good news you can do it online" link, but that link only goes to a webpage with the phone numbers for the hotel partners. It does not list any email or AA contact??
Ah, hadn't gotten that far. Yeah, that is new. Maybe try "Customer Relations" and indicate that your actual issue is
not addressed online. That does seem to go to a contact form.
