Mc collection year ended yesterda meaning I reset back to 0 TP's and still be bronze as there is no chance a May holiday will see the double TP's appear anytime soon. I have tried putting in the missing TP into the BA site but when I put in the 125 number it says error and if I do it 3 times it will lock me out for 24 hours.This is for missing Avios from a normal flight. Double TP's is a promotional offer so cant use this function.


If you try calling BA bronze then it just tells you they are too busy on voice messages.Its not BA, its BAH, the travel agent side. so BAEC wont/cant help.

Whats my options here Check upstream, there is an email address you can chase up with

as I feel if I wait a few months until the TP's are allocated then I will still be bronze They should allocate into the membership year you flew (thus making you Silver)

and I have some work related flights coming up that I could do with lounge access for.
